Privacy Policy

Your partner never sees your individual answers, only the shared report. We use your answers to create your report and action plans, and for nothing else. We never sell your data, and we never send your answers or report to advertisers.

Relationship Check-In is run by Dev Urdhva Technology Services Pvt. Ltd., which is responsible for your data.

• Your details: the first names and email addresses you and your partner enter, your time zone, and an optional invite message.
• Your check-in: your answers, the areas you chose to focus on, monthly pulse answers, and the report, action plans and nudges made from them.
• Payment: Paddle handles your card or wallet details. We only receive the payer's email, the amount and the order status.
• Technical: basic logs (such as IP address and browser) to keep the service secure, and the ad and browser identifiers described under “Advertising and measurement”.

• To run your check-in, create your report and action plans, and send you the emails that belong to it.
• If you leave them on: the free monthly pulse, quiet nudges and a reminder for your next check-in. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can change these from your check-in link.
• To process payments and refunds, prevent abuse, and fix problems.

We share data only with the providers that run the service for us, under contracts that limit what they can do with it:

• OpenAI writes your report, plans and nudges from your answers. Data sent through its API is not used to train its models.
• Paddle (our reseller and Merchant of Record) takes payments, handles taxes and issues refunds.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from bots; Neon stores our database; Resend sends our emails.

We may also share data if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety or our rights.

On our public pages (such as the home page, the start page and our guides) we use the Meta Pixel and the Trybe attribution pixel to measure which ads bring people to us. They record which public pages you visit, your browser and device, and the ad you came from. When you buy a check-in, we tell Meta (through its Conversions API) and Trybe that a purchase happened, its amount, and a one-way hashed version of the buyer's email so the purchase can be matched to an ad.

These tools never run on your private check-in links, and we never send them your answers, your report, your action plan, your partner's name or details, or the areas you chose to focus on.

We keep your check-in so you can open past reports and compare later check-ins. If you ask us to delete it, we delete your answers, reports and details within 30 days, except payment records we must keep for tax and accounting.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by replying to any of our emails or using the contact form on this page. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. Our service is for adults 18 and over.

Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to what's needed to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your private links to yourself. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries, with safeguards required by law.

If we change this policy we'll update the date below, and tell you by email before any change that affects data we already hold.
