Refund Policy

You pay $29 once for a Couple Pass that covers both of you. If your partner hasn't finished their questions, you can refund yourself in full, anytime in the first 30 days after you pay. No questions asked.

Open your private check-in link and tap Get a full refund. The refund is requested immediately and the check-in closes for both of you, so no report is created.

If your report never arrived, or something else didn't work as promised, reply to any of our emails or use the contact form within 30 days of your purchase. We'll fix it or refund you.

Once you've both finished and your report has been created, the check-in has been delivered and the self-serve refund is no longer available. Your rights under consumer law in your country are not affected.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, and Paddle emails you a receipt. They usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

The monthly pulse and quiet nudges are free. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
