Terms of Use

Relationship Check-In (“we”, “us”) is run by Dev Urdhva Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. By using relationship-checkin.com or buying a Couple Pass, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

A Couple Pass costs $29, paid once. It covers one check-in for both partners: you each answer the same questions privately, and when you've both finished you get one shared report and a private action plan each. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

After your report, we may send a free monthly pulse, quiet nudges and a reminder when it's time for your next check-in. These are optional and you can turn them off at any time. A later check-in is a new purchase.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices include any taxes that apply in your country, which Paddle calculates at checkout.

If your partner hasn't finished, you can refund yourself in full within 30 days of paying. If something else didn't work as promised, contact us within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund you. The details are in our Refund Policy. Your rights under consumer law in your country are not affected.

Your check-in is opened with private links sent to your email. Anyone with your link can open your check-in, so please don't share it. Only invite a partner who has agreed to take part, and only enter details that you have the right to share.

Relationship Check-In is a self-reflection tool. Reports, action plans and nudges are written with the help of AI from your answers. They are for information only and are not medical, psychological, legal or professional counseling advice, and they may contain mistakes.

If you feel unsafe in your relationship, please contact local emergency services or a support line such as thehotline.org.

You must be 18 or older to use the service. Use it for your own relationship, lawfully, and don't try to break, overload, copy or resell it. We may close a check-in that is used to harass someone.

The questions, design, software and text of the service belong to us. Your answers belong to you; you allow us to use them to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the service reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or retire features. If we stop the service before a paid check-in is delivered, we'll refund it.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

We may update these terms and will change the date below when we do. Changes don't affect a check-in you have already paid for. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
